Course Overview

This course will provide you with an overview of the law regarding Menopause at Work.

Intended Outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide you with the knowledge to understand the following:

• What is ‘the Menopause’?
• Symptoms of the Menopause
• What is the ‘Male Menopause’?
• Symptoms of the ‘Male Menopause’
• How can the menopause affect the workplace?
• How can the school to support their staff?
• Absence as a result of Menopausal Symptoms

Who is it for

This course is an introduction into how the menopause can affect employees at work and is aimed at aspiring members of the Senior Leadership Team, newly appointed Line Managers, members of the Governing Body and School Business Managers.

1 hour.

Assessment

To successfully complete the course, learners will be required to pass a short assessment.
