Course Overview

This course will provide you with an overview of the law regarding Religion or Belief Discrimination.

Intended Outcomes

The aim of the course is to provide you with the knowledge to understand the following:

• What is bullying?
• What is harassment?
• Legislative framework surrounding bullying and harassment
• The employer’s duty of care
• The importance of addressing these issues
• Legal implications of not dealing with these issues
• The correct process to use when dealing with these issues
• The employee’s protection from victimisation

This is aimed at aspiring members of the Senior Leadership Team, Line Managers, members of the Governing Body and School Business Managers.

Assessment

To successfully complete the course, learners will be required to pass a short assessment.

CPD
