This course will provide you with knowledge about Fixed-Term contracts.

Intended Outcomes

This course will provide you with knowledge about Fixed-Term contract and will provide you with knowledge understand the following;

• What is a fixed-term contract;
• Rights of fixed-term employees;
• Terminating a fixed-term contract;
• Successive fixed-term contracts; and
• Notice Periods given to fixed-term employees

Who is it for

This course is an introduction into Fixed-Term Contracts and is aimed at aspiring members of the Senior Leadership Team, newly appointed Line Managers, members of the Governing Body and School Business Managers new to the role.
