Intended Outcomes

By working through the training pages you will learn an overview of the TUPE regulations and the legal implications of a TUPE transfer, and consider five common myths associated with TUPE. You will run through the following steps:

• What is TUPE?
• When does TUPE apply?
• What is the consequence of TUPE?
• Five TUPE myths

Who is it for

This course is an Introduction to TUPE and myths about TUPE and is aimed at aspiring members of the Senior Leadership Team, newly appointed Line Managers, members of the Governing Body and School Business Managers new to the role.

Assessment

To successfully complete the course, learners will be required to pass a short assessment.
