Who is it for?

This briefing is aimed at all who wish to sponsor foreign nationals and do not hold a sponsor licence, as it will give them a good overview of the costs involved.  Also, for those who hold a Sponsor Licence and wish to sponsor foreign nationals, so they have a better understanding of the costs they can share with the sponsored employee.

Briefing Overview

There have been many changes to the Immigration Rules in the past 12 months.  We anticipate further changes in 2025.  The majority of organisations are unaware that certain costs can be passed on the foreign national you are proposing to employee.  This is an important topic if you wish to recoup some of the costs you incur when you sponsor a foreign national.

This briefing will explain what the requirements are and what costs can be recouped from foreign nationals and how this can be done.
