This briefing will provide an overview of the key practical steps required to prepare for a fair disciplinary hearing, from both the perspective of the Investigating Officer and any Panel/decision maker. 

We will explore some key FAQs very often received from clients, when preparing for hearings and highlight key pitfalls to avoid, to ensure that you are best prepared for these sometimes challenging, but crucial meetings.
