Intended Outcomes

This course will highlight ten of the most common HR Errors and how to avoid these pitfalls, including:

• How to defend against office banter;
• What rights pregnant employees have;
• Eight key HR policies;
• Dealing with performance concerns;
• How to manage a stressed employee during disciplinary processes;
• What to do if a grievance is issued during a disciplinary process;
• How quickly to address a grievance;
• Whether meetings should be recorded;
• Who can accompany an employee to a meeting; and
• Appeal cultures.

Cost

• • The cost of this session is £110 plus VAT per person for Employment Law and HR Clients and £140 plus VAT per person for non - Employment Law and HR Clients.

CPD 

• This course equates to 2 hours of CPD and following attendance on the course, participants will be sent electronic copies of their CPD certificate, along with copies of the slides and activities discussed during the session.
