Intended Outcomes
On completion of the course delegates will be able to:
- Explain why and how accidents are reported, recorded and investigated
- Conduct suitable and sufficient investigations into accident causation and make appropriate recommendations
- Define the benefits of applied monitoring techniques in identifying action plans
Who is this course for
This course has been designed to prepare anyone with the responsibility for investigating accidents to gather the necessary information to report accidents in line with legal requirements and to carry out suitable investigations to prevent reoccurrence.
The cost
The course costs £719.25 + VAT and can be delivered on site for up to 16 delegates.
For schools that do not subscribe to our Health & Safety Support Service, fees are £1,080.71 + VAT.
Assessment
To successfully complete the course, participants will be required to pass a short assessment.
CPD
Upon successful completion of the course participants will be issued a CPD accredited certificate. The course equates to 3.5 hours of CPD
