The aim of the course is to provide you with the knowledge to understand the following: The legal requirement to report breaches under data protection laws - What is meant by a breach, risk and high risk - To look at examples within a school of matters that may need to be reported to the ICO - The risks to schools in breaches and the importance of understanding how a breach occurred.

To successfully complete the course, learners will be required to pass a short assessment.
CPD:
