Course Overview:
The aim of the course is to provide you with the knowledge to understand the following: To learn about what rights individuals have under data protection laws - To learn in detail each of the individual rights - To look at examples of how those individual rights would apply in the school workplace - Finally to learn how to deal with and respond to any request by an individual to exercise their individual rights.
Intended Outcomes:

Assessment:
To successfully complete the course, learners will be required to pass a short assessment.
CPD:
Upon successful completion of the course learners will be issued a CPD accredited certificate to download. The course equates to 1/2 hour of CPD.
