About this Clerking & Governance course

What this course contains:

By working through this course, delegates will learn, and become familiar with, the basic steps involved in conducting an effective investigation and in managing staff through a formal disciplinary process. Throughout the training, delegates will be given an opportunity to reflect on various examples of both misconduct and gross misconduct.

Who is this course for:

This course is an Introduction to the Disciplinary Process and is aimed at aspiring members of the Senior Leadership Team, members of the Governing Body and newly appointed School Business Managers.

Assessment:
