This course will support new governors to learn about the education sector and existing school governors to update their knowledge. The course offers an overview into the education sector, finance, and governance and will equip the learner with the appropriate skills and knowledge to support school leaders effectively

New and existing governors will learn about all key aspects of school leadership. This course will offer governors the opportunity to develop a high level of understanding about all aspects of the the education sector this enabling them to offer school leaders advice and guidance about all aspects of strategic school leadership

Assessment

To successfully complete the course, learners will be required to pass a short assessment.

CPD

Upon successful completion of he course learners will be issued accredited certificate to download. The course equates to 6 hours of CPD.
