We are changing our eLearning Platform

Introducing Our New eLearning Platform

In September, we will be going live with a brand new eLearning platform – providing our learners and educators with an enhanced learner experience, whilst still ensuring that come September, you can access all of the same great online courses that you can now.

Working closely with our schools, MATs and EdTech partners, we will be migrating all of our courses and active learner data from our current system to the new platform over the summer, in time for online training to continue for the Autumn Term. You won’t need to do anything, and all of this will be happening in the background – so that in September, you’ll be able to log on to an exciting new platform, with an intuitive design, tailored and engaging learner content, best-in-class online accessibility features, and enhanced reporting and tracking tools.

We have already been in touch with MAT leaders and our school eLearning admins to inform them of these changes, and will continue to work with them to ensure a smooth transition in time for the new academic year. In addition, we’ve pulled together some FAQs below - and will continue to add to these throughout the move. If you have any further questions, you can also drop us an email. There's no need to worry; your learning isn't changing, but the way we deliver it is!

eLearning and online training have evolved rapidly in the last few years, and we want to ensure that we always deliver the very best learning experience for all of our educators and clients. Our new eLearning platform will offer a modern, intuitive design, an improved learner experience, and enhanced tracking and reporting.

Working with our schools and clients, we have planned the go-live date for 27th August, so that eLearning on the new platform can begin in time for Back to School. We have already been in touch with school eLearning admins and MAT leaders, and we will continue to send regular updates and detailed timelines as the project progresses to keep you informed about the process and any actions you may need to take.

So if they enrolled, started or completed their course within the last 2 years, all learner records will be transferred. Please note if a learner has started a course it will move over as not started. If they enrolled prior to 2 years, then they will be able to view their learner records as long as they have been active within the last 2 years. The only exception is that learners added or courses completed between 14th June and end of August will be visible on the new system mid-September.

In time for September, we will be moving all of our current courses over to the new eLearning platform – giving continuity and easy access for all of our current learners. The new platform does, however, offer enhanced interactivity with features like interactive modules, quizzes, and multimedia content designed to make learning more engaging – so we look forward to working with our schools to roll some of this out across our course catalogue. We will be updating the course content in the coming months to maximise the enhanced interactivity the new platform offers.
