Helen King

Business Director

With over 14 years’ experience across education and professional services, Helen's work has focused on helping schools and trusts create safer, stronger, and more supportive environments. Her experience as a Deputy Headteacher in a large multi-academy trust included responsibility for teaching and learning, safeguarding, behaviour, and standards; providing a first-hand understanding of the pressures leaders and governors face, and how culture and compliance shape the daily experience of pupils and staff.

At Judicium Education, her roles have included leading national teams, growing services, and developing support used by schools and trusts across the country. In her current position as Business Director for Compliance Services, her oversight spans data protection, clerking and governance, health and safety, and fire services, facilities and safeguarding.

Across all of this, the focus remains the same: understanding what schools need and working in partnership to deliver practical, realistic solutions that strengthen communities and support those who lead them.
