eLearning from Judicium Education
Introducing Our New eLearning Platform
Judicium Education are excited to announce that our brand-new eLearning platform, powered by Netex’s LearningCloud LMS technology, is now live. The new platform gives schools an enhanced learner experience while still providing all of the same great online courses you know and love.
We’ve been in touch with MAT leaders and our school eLearning admins to keep them informed throughout this process, ensuring a smooth transition for everyone. We’ve also compiled a list of FAQs below, as well as some video tutorials to show admins how to get started in the new platform, which we’ll continue to update. If you have any further questions, feel free to drop us an email. Rest assured, your learning remains as valuable as ever—only the way we deliver it has changed for the better! If you have any questions, simply drop us an email.

Please download the documents below.
The first one is the eLearning admin guide to get you started. The second one is the guide on how to run reports. The third one is a CSV template that you can use to import new learners onto the system. Please see the admin guide on how to import learners.

eLearning and online training have evolved rapidly in the last few years, and we want to ensure that we always deliver the very best learning experience for all of our educators and clients. Our new eLearning platform will offer a modern, intuitive design, an improved learner experience, and enhanced tracking and reporting.
Yes - we have been working to migrate across any learners that were active on the old eLearning platform in the last 2 years. So if they enrolled, started or completed their course within the last 2 years, their learner records will be transferred across throughout September. Please note if a learner has started a course it will move over as not started. If they enrolled prior to 2 years, then they will be able to view their learner records as long as they have been active within the last 2 years.
All admins and learners will receive a welcome email from Learning Cloud, with the Judicium Education logo at the bottom. This will welcome them to the Learning Cloud platform, and ask them to click a link to reset their password. Any new users that get set up going forward will also receive the same welcome email.
Yes – a detailed admin guide can be downloaded here, introducing the new platform and explaining how to get started adding and enrolling learners onto online trainings. We have also created some short video tutorials, which you can view at the top of the page, or access on our YouTube channel, here.
A sleek design, interactive modules, adaptive learning paths, and superior multimedia integration. These enhancements make learning more engaging and efficient, allowing for a more personalised and effective educational experience.
All admins and learners will receive a welcome email from Learning Cloud, with the Judicium Education logo at the bottom. This will welcome them to the Learning Cloud platform, and ask them to click a link to reset their password. Any new users that get set up going forward will also receive the same welcome email.
If you find that the link in your welcome email has expired, don't worry. Clicking on the link in the email will take through to the platform, where the below message will appear telling you the password recovery process has expired:
Click on 'try again', and then type your email address or username, and click ‘Request password’.
A new welcome email will then be sent with a new link in.
The new platform provides an improved learner experience, with a modern and intuitive interface, simple navigation, enhanced accessibility features and clear progress tracking. We will provide guides and tutorials in September to help you get familiar with the new layout and navigation, but you can see some preview screenshots below.
Your historic records will be on the new system but only with the lates completion date.
In time for September, we will be moving all of our current courses over to the new eLearning platform – giving continuity and easy access for all of our current learners. The new platform does, however, offer enhanced interactivity with features like interactive modules, quizzes, and multimedia content designed to make learning more engaging – so we look forward to working with our schools to roll some of this out across our course catalogue. We will be updating the course content in the coming months to maximise the enhanced interactivity the new platform offers.
Absolutely! The platform is designed to be mobile-friendly, so you can access your courses on your smartphone or tablet with the same ease as on a desktop.
